SoundLand - the retooled, multi-genre music fest formerly known as Next Big Nashville - has revealed the initial artist lineup for this year's festival, taking place September 21-24 at various Nashville venues.

Internationally acclaimed indie-rock savant M. Ward leads the list, joined by Texas disco-pop party-starters Ghostland Observatory, Nashville native and rising Americana star Justin Townes Earle, Dawes, Jessica Lea Mayfield, Bonobo and Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit.

Joining them are an impressive slate of Nashville indie standouts: Caitlin Rose, JEFF the Brotherhood, Paper Route, PUJOL and Chancellor Warhol, with more than 100 additional acts "to be announced soon."

Participating venues include Mercy Lounge, Cannery Ballroom, Public Square Park, Third Man Records, 12th & Porter, MAI, The Basement and the Station Inn, offering a mix of music, parties and music business workshops.

Four-day passes to SoundLand are $55 and available at NBNSoundland.com.
